Exhibitors' Information

Venue

The twelfth international Museums and the Web Conference will be held at the Hilton Bonaventure Hotel, Montréal, Québec, Canada.

Registrants

The approximately 700 registrants from museums and cultural institutions in more than thirty countries make Museums and the Web the largest annual gathering anywhere in the world of webmasters, educators using the Web, Web designers and administrators from content-rich, educationally-oriented cultural and heritage institutions.

Exposure

At MW2008 exhibitors will receive ten hours of high visibility exposure, including during a reception sponsored in their name, yet need not commit more than two days of staff time. Exhibitors have all day Thursday, April 10, 2008 to set up, but should have time to attend the meeting since exhibit booths are pre-equipped with Internet drops and furniture. Computer equipment can be rented at discounted prices from the conference organizers.

Schedule

Exhibits open with a Reception the evening of April 10, 2008. Delegates have plenty of time in the schedule on April 11, to visit the Exhibit Hall and meet with Exhibitors. Breakdown is after 5:00 pm on April 11, 2008. Exhibitors are free to attend sessions and meet with clients on the final day of the conference.
