Mandy Koroniak holds an MA in Public History from Carleton University and is currently employed as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto. Her academic interests include cultural history, film, and the depiction of history in new media. She served as the chief researcher and writer for Searching for the Sublime, and, as a native of Northwestern Ontario, she is happy to acknowledge that wilderness recreation is a topic never far from her heart.
