Benefits of Sponsoring

All sponsors at any level receive a free full page advertisement in the MW2005 Program, 10% off their booth fee in the Exhibition Hall and a listing as an MW2005 sponsor in conference materials. Differing levels of sponsorship are available.

Reception Sponsor ($7000)

Reception sponsors help support the costs of one of three evening social events.

  • The Welcome Reception
  • The Exhibitors' Reception
  • The Conference Reception

Benefits of being a Reception Sponsor include:

  • acknowledgment in all references to the reception in conference publications on-line and in print.
  • your corporate logo featured on the tickets issued for the event
  • complimentary admission to the reception for your staff and clients

Birds-of-a-Feather Breakfast ($3,000)

Each year, one of the most popular events at MW is the informal Birds-of-a-Feather-Breakfast. Conference Registrants use this opportunity to network with each other and discuss shared interests.

Benefits of being the BoF Breakfast Sponsor include:

  • citation in all references to the Breakfast in printed literature and on-line
  • acknowledgment on table signage at the event
  • the opportunity to include your corporate logo on the event signage

Break Sponsor ($2,000)

Breaks take place each morning and afternoon of the conference and each may be sponsored by only one organization.

Benefits of being a Break Sponsor include:

  • acknowledgment in all references to the break in conference literature
  • a sign at the break tables indicating sponsorship
  • the opportunity to provide cups, napkins etc. with your logos for use during the break

Scholarship Sponsor ($1,500)

Scholarships are awarded to worthy applicants to enable them to attend MW2005.

Benefits of sponsoring a scholarship include:

  • 'naming' the scholarship in the announcement and in literature reporting on the award
  • being invited to present the scholarship to the awardees in a plenary session
  • supporting worthy professionals from developing countries who would otherwise be unable to attend

General Sponsor ($500+)

General sponsors are listed in the conference program.
