• Bank staff and external parties have secure, seamless and reliable access to a virtual unitary repository of shared files and documents.
• Access to the repository can be obtained using the applications (e.g., Web, Lotus Notes) that users rely on for daily work.
• Management and control of document resources will be improved through more meaningful, effective & efficient organization.
• Digital documents are captured from multiple sources/applications (e.g., PDS, Web, etc.).
• Better tools (e.g., guided retrieval, semantic, natural language) to access information in documents are provided.
