Neil Eliot
Neil Eliot is a Senior Lecturer in computing at the University of Northumbria, UK and conducts research with the Institute for Image Data Research. Neil has 15 years experience working for the National Health Service, 13 as IT Manager and Database Administrator. Neil has degrees in computing and specializations in databases on the web, Perl programming, and web serving and programming. Neil's experience includes system implementation and large-scale network implementation.
