Thierry Arsenault, B.A.A in Marketing and a certified member of l'Institut du Commerce Électronique du Québec (ICEQ) is a Senior Officer of eMarketing for Culture.ca. Thierry has over 15 years of experience in marketing, sales and ebusiness. Prior working for Culture.ca, Thierry re-designed the overall Internet strategy and training plan for Bell Canada/Hong Kong Telecom. During his 2 year mandate in Hong Kong, he successfully generated millions in Internet revenue, improved the company's five web sites' positioning and increased traffic using various emarketing strategies like multi-publishing (affiliation) tactics. Upon return from Hong Kong, he was assigned to a new Bell project 'BellZinc.ca' as Associated Director of emarketing. During his mandate, Thierry successfully increased the BellZincca traffic and Online sales using a mix of e-marketing tools like SEO, newsletters, e-mail campaign, viral contests and more.
