Christina DePaoloNew Media Manager Christina DePaolo is Promotions and Web Site Manager at the Seattle Art Museum. She began her arts administration career working for a small nonprofit organization, coordinating grant programs that support the work of Washington State artists. During this time she became aware of the world wide web and its possibility for communicating cultural ideas and providing access to the arts to a broader audience. As a result she created an internship with a Seattle Web design company in order to learn how to create Web sites. At the Seattle Art Museum she works with a cross-departmental team to expand the Museums Web site and initiate new media projects.
Christina will demonstrate Discovering Buddhist Art: Seeking the Sublime. |
