Anne BotmanSenior Web Development Officer Anne Botman joined the Canadian Museum of Nature in 1998 to work on the Museum's Web site, nature.ca. As the senior Web development officer, Anne is responsible for the production and maintenance of the fully bilingual site, which had more than 4.4 million visitors in 2004. Anne has also overseen the development of several virtual exhibitions for the Museum's site including the award winning Geee! in Genome and most recently Ukaliq: The Arctic Hare. An Environmental Studies graduate, Anne has worked in Web development and multimedia for more than 12 years. Anne is a recipient of a Canadian Professional Scholarship to MW2005. Anne will demonstrate Ukaliq: The Arctic Hare. |
