Rebecca Reynolds Moore

Ms. Moore's credentials include a B.A. in art history from Smith College and an M.B.A. from Boston University's Graduate School of Management. Ms. Moore started her career at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of American Art focusing on marketing, public programs and development, after having interned and volunteered at the Library of Congress, the Phillips Collection, and the National Museum for Women in the Arts in Washington, D.C. Ms. Moore launched MuseumShop.com, Inc. in 1997 to help bring museum stores to the Internet. Ms. Moore is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, as well as the Company's growth to include museums from around the world. Ms. Moore also founded Venture Forth in 1995, a consulting firm offering strategic marketing, new product development and market research services to companies on the Internet, and in the publishing, entertainment and high technology industries. Prior to that, Ms. Moore worked for two Boston-based consulting firms focusing on business development, marketing, and regulatory programs for a wide range of organizations and industries. Ms. Moore is a member of the American Association of Museums and the American Marketing Association. MuseumShop.com is an exhibitor affiliate of the Museum Store Association, and a member of the Museum Computer Network, the Massachusetts Software Council, the Massachusetts Interactive Multimedia Council, and Business for Social Responsibility.
