Otniel Portillo is assistant professor at ITESM Toluca Campus in Electronic Engineering Department. Previouisly, he worked at Mobile Robotics Cathedra at ITESM Mexico City. At the moment he is a PhD Student in Robotics at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, where he i sconducting research in the PERCRO.
