Cary Karp

Associate Professor of Organology, Upsala University

Cary Karp has a PhD in musicology and is Associate Professor of Organology at Upsala University in Sweden. He has been professionally involved in the museum sector since the late 1960's and has, at one time or another, performed most of the tasks encountered at museums. He has specialized in networking activities for nearly fifteen years and is currently both the Director of the Department of Information Technology at the Swedish Museum of Natural History and the Coordinator of the central Internet activities of the International Council of Museums.

Cary will be one of the judges for the Best of the Web contest.
