Each Year, MW is the largest international gathering of cultural and heritage Webmasters. Join us!

Museums and the Web conferences draw a diverse group of participants from many different professional groups in all types of museums, galleries, science centers, and other cultural and heritage institutions. MW2010 Registration Rates

All registration fees are in $US.

Conference: April 15–17, 2010

NOTE: Registration Fees are based on the date payment is received (i.e. when credit card payment is validated or cheque is received) NOT on when the Registration Form is completed or mailed.

Leave yourself lead time for institutional processing of cheques to ensure the best possible rates.

Canadian Dollar Invoices

Canadian Institutions can request an invoice in Canada Dollars. for further details.

Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers

Registration refundable until January 31, 2010, less a $75.00 handling fee.

Registration may be transferred at any time before the conference, with advance notice.

Registration Discounts

All discounts are subject to verification by MW2010 staff.

No discounts or honorariums are offered on single day registration.

Author's Honorarium

All speakers must register for the full conference themselves and pay the appropriate fee.

Authors who submit a paper by the Deadline and following the Guidelines and who register before January 31, 2010 will receive a $150 honorarium, paid as a credit against their hotel bill at the Grand Hyatt, Denver.

No Honoraria will be paid to co-authors who do not register for the conference. No Honoraria are given to Program Participants who do not submit papers. No Honoraria will be given to Program Participants who register after January 31, 2010, who register for a single day, or who submit a late paper, even if they have an 'extension'.

Multiple Participant Discount

Five or more participants from the same institution, registered at the same time and paid together (i.e. sent together with a cheque, or registered one after another on-line and paid by credit card) will receive a discount of $50 per person. This will be confirmed by MW2010 staff upon receipt of group registration. This discount cannot be combined with any other. Contact for further details.

Scholarships and Volunteers

Professionals from areas of need or small institutions are eligible for Scholarships. Application Deadline: December 31, 2009.

Full-time students should consider Volunteering.

Hotel Registration

MW2010 delegates must make their own hotel reservations at the Grand Hyatt, Denver, and are responsible for payment of their own hotel costs.
