Dr. Harold is the Director of Information Systems and Technology for the Space Science Institute in Boulder, Colorado. He is responsible for the development and implementation of educational software, web-based applications, and systems integration. He is an experienced multimedia software developer, graphic designer, and IT specialist. His research background in space physics, combined with his education work at SSI, helps him to translate current research results into a form accessible to the public. He has been heavily involved in development of the software for the MarsQuest, Destination Mars, Alien Earths, and Giant Worlds museum exhibitions, and is PI for several NASA and NSF funded education programs.

James will demonstrate Spitzer's Multi-Gigapixel GLIMPSE of the Milky Way. [Demonstration]
