Emma Gibson is a Research Assistant at the Hunterian Museum and Art Gallery in the University of Glasgow. She graduated with Honours in Computing Science in 2002, from the University of Glasgow, and has had links with the Hunterian Museum since having one of her honours projects presented at the Electronic Imaging and the Visual Arts (EVA) Conference in 2001. The project explored the use of haptic technology to enhance museum experiences for the visually impaired. After graduating, she worked for a commercial company developing their website, before taking some time to travel the world. Emma is currently working on the "What Clicks?" Research project, based at the Hunterian Museum

Emma will present Presenting the Evidence: Scottish Museums and e-learning.
