Matt Tarr Matthew Tarr's experience with 'web-based digital libraries' goes back more than 8 years to when he was one of the lead developers for the Air Force Modeling and Simulation Resource Repository (AFMSRR). That technical expertise and an anthropology background brought him to The American Museum of Natural History in January of 2000. Currently, Matt is a combining his passion for science education and web technology on several projects at the Museum, including Resources for Learning, OLogy, and ScienceBulletins
