Frannie Blondheim is the Manager, Communication Program with Museums and Collections Services at the University of Alberta, a position she has held since 1991. Frannie has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Alberta in Visual Communication Design, and is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Communications and Technology (MACT) program at the University of Alberta. Her research focus is user-centred design and evaluative techniques for on-line programs.

Frannie will present The Little Search Engine that Could: How an Online Database is Paving the Way for Enhanced Access to Research Collections.
