In Forests, Fields, and the Falls, visitors explore the interrelated stories of four individuals from Minnesota's past. From the sequential (graphic novel style) narrative, visitors dig deeper into the primary sources behind the stories and are encouraged to visit the Historical Society's related physical exhibits.

Chosen as a Yahoo! daily pick and successfully received in an evaluation (available at the demonstration), this experiment in online storytelling seems to have paid off for visitors, the Historical Society, and classrooms.
