Christian Breiteneder
Christian Breiteneder is a full professor for Interactive Systems with the Institute for Software Technology at the Vienna University of Technology. Before joining the institute he was associate professor at the University of Vienna. Breiteneder earned a diploma degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in computer science from the Johannes Kepler University in Linz in 1978 and a PhD in computer science from the Vienna University of Technology in 1991. Research interests include media processing systems, content-based visual information retrieval, teleconferencing systems and museum information systems.
