Giuliano Gaia started working on the Net at the University of Milan, with a thesis about the conferencing system 'The WELL'. He is Internet consultant for firms and non-profit organizations (such as World Wide Fund for Nature) and continues his collaboration with the University. Now he is in charge of the Internet services of National Museum of Science and Technology 'Leonardo da Vinci' in Milan.
