Sarah Ashton joined the Museum in February 1998. Prior to this she was a Research Associate in the Department of Information Studies, University of Sheffield. Sarah was Project Manager for the maritime information gateway and is responsible for its ongoing maintenance and development. She has an MA in Librarianship from Sheffield University.
