Dr. Tatyana G. Bogomazova graduated from the Anthropology Department of the Leningrad State University in 1985, where she later earned her Ph.D. in 1992. She has been at Russia's first museum, Peter the Great Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography (Kunstkammer) of the Russian Academy of Sciences since 1985. In 1997, she created the Kunstkammer's web site, now recognized in the top three Russian museum web sites, with Dr. Olga M. Bronnikova and the St. Petersburg Company, LANCK. Since that time she has been involved in the Museum Sociology Program, lead by her colleague and ichim99 co-author Dr. Valentina G. Uzunova. Together, they have written nearly 10 articles on the factors that facilitate visitor learning and satisfaction, and highlighting the approaches to design and evaluation of interactive devices. Due to her efforts, the Kunstkammer has also become the member of the European Fifth framework program IST project consortium.
