Audio Visual Equipment

All sessions will be held in the Auditorium of le Musée du Louvre or the Amphithéâtre of l'École du Louvre. Each venue will be equipped with slide projectors, overhead projectors, a PC and Macintosh computer with projection and sound. Live connections to the Internet ARE NOT reliably available and speakers should bring all Web screens cached and plan on presenting without online links.

Complete audiovisual and computer requirements for all demonstrations must be provided to the organizers before June 1, 1997. These must specify all hardware, boards and software. If the required equipment cannot be secured, demonstrators will be requested to bring their own systems.
